Industrial Court of Appeal
The Industrial Court of Appeal consists of a Judge President and two Justices of Appeal. They have the same qualifications as judges of the Court of Appeal and are appointed in a similar manner. Their tenure of office is similar to that of the Judge President and Justices of Appeal of the Court of Appeal.
The Industrial Court of Appeal has the same powers and functions as the Court of Appeal, but it exclusively deals with appeals from the Industrial Court. It provides a specialized avenue for addressing appeals related to industrial disputes and matters.
